Register, Onboarding
Welcome the innovation in your practice by filling out the registration form. Click here to begin. This is how you unlock access to the WIMBA Provider Pricelist, that you can then view when you log into WIMBA Knowledge Base. The WIMBA Team will be reaching out with helpful information via email, also!

Case Consult & Device Report
When you have a case that may benefit from an orthosis or prosthesis, submit a WIMBA Case Consult. Our Clinical Team will reach back out with a helpful Device Report about considerations and possible next steps.

Confirmation, Modeling, Fabrication, and Shipping
Once everything is received through the app, the talented WIMBA Team, in Poland, begin the fabrication process in their quality controlled facility. With the WimbaAPP you can track the progress of the order and stay organized. The Fabrication Time depends on the device ordered. (Shipping times vary, averages: EU 1-3 days, UK & USA 3-10 days)

Fitting Appointment & Media Submitted
The WIMBA device, and any additional components, will be sent to the WIMBA Provider for patient fitting, integration, and pet parent education. During the fitting appointment, obtain donning video and other media, assess and share with WIMBA (however is most convenient for you to help@wimba.vet or your WIMBA Clinical Team Contact). Our Clinical Team will continue to be available to discuss any questions or concerns.
