The WIMBA In Motion Process
At WIMBA, we are here to support you and your pet parents from start to finish. We take care of the middle steps, from measurements and scanning to device fitting, so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional patient care.
Step 1
Case Consultation
The process begins when a Case Consult is submitted via the WIMBA website. Once the WIMBA team has reviewed, you will receive a Case Report (Approved with or without concerns, or Not approved).
Request WIMBA In Motion for your clinic – fill in the form.
Step 2
Scheduling and Preparation
If the case is approved, your regional In Motion team member will contact you to schedule the scanning appointment. They will also reach out to the pet parent with a preparation packet that includes behavioral skills tools to ensure the appointment is as stress free as possible for everyone.
Step 3
Measurement and Scanning Appointment
A WIMBA In Motion team member will come directly to your clinic to collect the measurements with the help of clinic staff as needed. Orders will be placed the same day.
Step 4
Communication and Fitting Preparation
Once the estimated shipping date is available, we will notify both you and the pet parent. Your regional In Motion team member will check in with the pet parent on their behavioral skill progress and answer any questions to prepare for the fitting.
Step 5
Fitting Appointment
Your in motion team member will return to your clinic to fit the device. We will ensure the device is comfortable and that the fit is appropriate, addressing all concerns. We will also capture the required media for a first fitting.
Step 6
Ongoing Support
Our team provides one virtual check-in with the pet owner to assess the device’s fit, the pet’s comfort, and their progress. We will keep you informed of your patient’s journey, flagging any medical or behavioral concerns directly to you.
